June 2018

This week at Arvia we are celebrating winning the Halton Business Young Achiever/Apprentice of The Year award for the third consecutive year. This year’s winner, Liam Harris, has worked at Arvia as an Apprentice Process Technician for just over two years and in that short time has made great progress with the company.

In his role, Liam works as part of the service and commissioning team on many high scale projects in the UK and as far afield as China.

The award this year had 50 applicants from around the Halton district and  of those applications only four were taken through to the final stage, where the applicants participated in an interview process with the judges

CEO Mike Lodge, along with the rest of the staff at Arvia: ‘’are thrilled for Liam to get recognition for the great work he does. Liam is a key member of the team and is doing a very important job for us.”

“He is building, commissioning and installing our plants, making sure customers are receiving the highest quality products. At Arvia we have had the most fantastic experience with the apprentice programme, born out by having won this award for three years in a row. This programme is pivotal to the company and helping to develop our team into the future.”
